- Your strategy to minimize and offset the carbon impact of the event.
- The members of the steering committee and their experience with similar events.

The application deadline is March 31, 2025, with the selected host being announced by April 28, 2025. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to present their proposal via video conference.
